Fix absolute paths causing Makefile errors

Add sourcefile as makegen.xml option
...
- sourcefile will add additional individual files. Useful for when the
user needs to manually specify files from existing repositories. If
those repositories contain multiple files for different platforms
- Rework IncludeDeps to support sourcefiles
